Temporary Deputy Staff Manager

We are looking for a forward and creative thinker with the flexibility, professionalism and organisation to help source, develop, supervise and monitor Sequal teams and expand the business.

As a Deputy Staff Manager, your role will scope from ensuring the performance of teams from recruitment, training, supervisions and team meetings. You will also be liaising with service managers, ensuring customer satisfaction, full staff utilization and effective use of Sequal website.  In seeking new customers and staff, you will be attending promotional days and marketing events on behalf of Sequal Solutions.

Support Workers- Full and Part Time

Sequal employ support workers to work with Social Care Providers and Registered Social Landlords supporting vulnerable people who may have face a range of challenges such as Mental Health, Domestic Violence, Substance Misuse, Homelessness, Prison Release and Probation programmes.

Sequal Foundations- Grounds Maintenance Workers and Commercial Cleaners

Sequal Foundations is a new concept- our aim is to provide a first class service to our customers, in addition to providing the opportunity for individuals to gain work who, for whatever reason, may have struggled in the past to access conventional routes to employment.
