Temporary Deputy Staff Manager

Covering Maternity Leave

Salary £18,798 to £24,609 pro rata.

Salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience

37.5 hours of work per week

Sequal Solutions is a Social Enterprise within the BCHA group delivering staffing, recruitment, HR, consultancy and training solutions to the public and voluntary sectors.We are looking for a forward and creative thinker with the flexibility, professionalism and organisation to help source, develop, supervise and monitor Sequal teams and expand the business.

As a Deputy Staff Manager, your role will scope from ensuring the performance of teams from recruitment, training, supervisions and team meetings. You will also be liaising with service managers, ensuring customer satisfaction, full staff utilization and effective use of Sequal website.  In seeking new customers and staff, you will be attending promotional days and marketing events on behalf of Sequal Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ideally well developed supervisory and management skills.
